Overview

What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how TweakKit handles information when you use the Android application with package name id.my.gekkai.tweakkit. It applies to the app itself, not to Android, your mobile carrier, device maker, or any website you choose to visit from the app.

TweakKit does not create user accounts. It is not an app for changing radio settings, APNs, IMEI, SIM data, licenses, authentication, or paid system features. It checks which system activities your device exposes and opens only activities Android and the device manufacturer allow.

Local data and permissions

Information used on your device

TweakKit may read the following information locally to provide the feature you choose:

• Connection diagnostics: active transport, internet-validation status, bandwidth, network interface, DNS, local IP address, and gateway.
• Cell and operator status: carrier, radio type, signal information, and available cell status. Android asks for phone-state and location permissions only when you request this feature. If you decline, that part remains unavailable.
• System shortcut availability: whether an Android system activity can be resolved and opened on your current ROM. TweakKit does not bypass unavailable activities.
• Files you choose: Markdown, SVG, and JSON files opened through TweakKit. The app works with them locally; it does not upload them automatically.
• Preferences: appearance mode, language, and accent-color choices saved on the device.

Network snapshots intentionally omit IMEI, phone number, and raw cell identity. Review a document or report before exporting or sharing it, as its contents are under your control.

Optional external service

Public-IP lookup only by request

TweakKit does not perform a public network lookup in the background. It makes one HTTPS request to ipwho.is only after you tap the public-ISP lookup action and accept the in-app notice.

During that request, ipwho.is receives your public IP address and ordinary HTTP request metadata. It returns connection information such as public IP, ISP/organization, ASN, country, and approximate region. TweakKit does not send your IMEI, phone number, raw cell identity, app documents, or diagnostic snapshots to this service.

No tracking profile

What TweakKit does not collect

Other than the optional public-IP lookup described above, TweakKit does not collect or share the following with the developer:

• Names, email addresses, account details, contact lists, phone numbers, or messages.
• IMEI, raw cell identity, advertising IDs, device identifiers, or installed-app lists.
• Markdown, SVG, JSON, exported reports, or other files you open in the app.
• Precise location, browsing history, payment information, crash analytics, behavioral analytics, or advertising data.

TweakKit does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, automatic telemetry, or background data uploads.

Sharing and storage

No developer-side account or cloud archive

TweakKit does not operate a user account system or a developer-managed cloud store for your documents, preferences, or network data. The app does not sell, rent, or disclose personal data for advertising.

When you choose Android's export or share actions, the destination app or service you select handles that data under its own policies. TweakKit cannot control what happens after you knowingly send data to another app, person, or service.

Your controls

You choose when data leaves the device

• Decline Android permissions to keep cell-status features off.
• Do not start the public-IP lookup to avoid the request to ipwho.is.
• Use Android settings to revoke permissions at any time.
• Remove local preferences and app data through Android app settings.
• Delete or manage source files and exports using your device and the app you chose for sharing.

Because TweakKit does not provide accounts or a developer-side data store, there is no separate account-deletion process.

Security and limitations

Clear boundaries, not bypasses

TweakKit uses Android's permission and component rules. It does not use root, hidden APIs, exploits, dial-code automation, or OEM-restriction bypasses. A shortcut may be unavailable when your ROM does not expose the corresponding activity; TweakKit reports that status instead of claiming it can force access.

The optional public-IP request uses HTTPS. No internet transmission method can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so do not include sensitive information in a document or report that you decide to export or share.

Satu-satunya request eksternal adalah lookup IP publik ke ipwho.is, dan hanya berjalan setelah Anda menekan tombol serta menyetujui pemberitahuan di aplikasi. Layanan tersebut menerima IP publik dan metadata HTTP biasa untuk menampilkan ISP, ASN, negara, serta wilayah perkiraan. TweakKit tidak mengirim IMEI, nomor telepon, cell identity mentah, file, atau snapshot jaringan ke layanan itu.
